Pick a layout you would like and copy the link underneath it. Leaving the parenthesis, paste the link where it says DIRECT LINK.
To change your blog again, simply login to your account and replace the direct link code with the new background chosen. You don't need to copy the entire code again.

I love your blogs, but can you add some for a wide template? i have a solid color because I like to add more than one picture on each post. Any information would be helpful!
